Morning Sessions
We are doing something new!
In our morning sessions we will be exploring the theme of John Mark Comers book, “Practicing the Way” by learning from 3 different speakers as they answer the spiritually relevant question
“What does is mean to be a disciple and apprentice of Jesus?” based on their own faith journey and stage of life.
There will be 2 mornings with options that will support personal exploration of the topic through a method of your choice including a group discussion or personal reflection time (option to do alone or with a spouse). We anticipate this week to be a week of growth as we seek the Lord together to grow in our walk with Jesus.

Worship
Greg Cooper
Greg Cooper is a musician and passionate worship leader who has been serving the church for more than three decades. Growing up in a home where both of his parents were involved in music ministry, Greg developed an early love for worship and a desire to help others encounter God through music. Over the years, that passion has grown into a calling not only to lead worship, but also to mentor and raise up new worship leaders within the church.
One of Greg’s earliest opportunities to lead worship came at MLGC Kids Camp in 1998. Since then, MLGC has remained a special place for Greg and his family—a place where he has grown as a leader and continues to return each summer to serve and invest in others.
Greg has been involved in numerous camps and ministry initiatives over the years. He currently serves as the Director of Street Invaders, a youth summer missions program, and is part of the ACOP Leadership Development team, which is led by his wife, Kim. Through this initiative, they are committed to developing young and emerging leaders through programs such as EPIC, RAMP, and Street Invaders.
Greg also serves as the Associate Pastor at Calgary Full Gospel Church (CFG), where he continues to lead and support the worship ministry. He and his wife Kim have been married for over 20 years and are the proud parents of three terrific children—and one dog.

Morning Speaker
Josh Chalmers
Josh Chalmers has a passion for teaching the Bible and showing how God’s Word connects to real life. He taught at Eston College for fourteen years and earned a Master’s degree from Briercrest Seminary. He now works in tech, but his love for Scripture and teaching has never faded.
Josh has wanted to preach since he was a kid. One of his first audiences was a lineup of teddy bears on the stairs at home. He loves helping people move beyond seeing the Bible as just a devotional book and instead discover it as the story that shapes our lives. Josh is excited for the opportunity to open God’s Word and encourage families in their faith.
Evening Speaker
Dale Anderson
Dale has always carried a love for teaching, prayer, and seeing people encounter Jesus. Before stepping into full-time ministry, he spent 15 years as a middle school teacher in the Calgary area, investing in young lives both inside and outside the classroom. His heart beats for raising up the next generation to walk confidently in their God-given identity and to live for Him with courage and joy.
Along the way, Dale earned a Bachelor of Education and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Conflict Resolution. His journey with Jesus has taken him across cultures—seven years in Poland (1992–1999) and 16 years in the United States serving in a global prayer ministry. These years shaped his deep love for the Church worldwide and his passion for seeing every believer grow in prayer and devotion to Christ.
Today Dale serves as Senior Pastor at Calgary Full Gospel, where his desire is simple: that every generation in the church would encounter Jesus in a real and life-changing way, learning to treasure His presence and live out their faith daily.
Dale is married, and he and his wife have been blessed with two children and two grandchildren.
