Dale is the Sr. Pastor of Calgary Full Gospel Church. He and his wife Cheryl returned to Calgary in Nov. 2019 after several years ministering in the USA. Dale's greatest desire is to see the local church deeply in love with Jesus, persistent in prayer, bold in faith, firm under attack, and kind to their fellow man. Dale and Cheryl have been married for 37 years and have two children, and two grand-children.

In 1969 after graduating from the Full Gospel Bible Institute in Eston, Saskatchewan, Doug traveled as a Child Evangelist before becoming the Youth pastor at the Zion Apostolic Church in Winnipeg. In Winnipeg he met and married Donna Elmwood. Doug was ordained as an ACOP minister of the Gospel in 1971. Doug and Donna then pastored in Melfort Saskatchewan and Pharr Texas. In 1978 they were commissioned as missionaries to Latin America and after studying Spanish they moved to Guatemala. After over 16 years in Central America, they returned to Canada and for ten years served as the Senior pastor of the North Edmonton Christian Fellowship. Doug and Donna now reside in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.

After growing up in Guatemala City and living in several AB and SK towns, she moved to Moose Jaw in 2003 to join the team at Hillcrest Church while completing a Masters Degree from Briercrest Seminary. Moose Jaw has become home, where she now lives with her husband Kevin and their two growing boys. She has been part of the pastoral staff team at Hillcrest Church for over 20 years and currently works as the Community Advocate, providing a link between the church and needs in the community. Daycee's background is in working with children and families in a variety of settings including as a children's pastor, camp speaker and college instructor. She is especially passionate about welcoming refugees and immigrants to her community and investing long-term in children and families, recognizing that real change comes only through the power of the Gospel.
